Pies & Tarts

Signature Pies and Tarts, made by award winning pastry chefs, our pies and tarts are baked fresh daily. Please call 412-882-9960 to order in advance if you have something specific in mind.

Chocolate Mousse Pie - Silky smooth chocolate mousse spooned into a chocolate cookie crust, then topped with mounds of whipped cream and chocolate shavings!
Small (serves 6-8); Large (serves up to 16)

Cream Pies - All 10" deep dish cream pies are prepared using home-made custard mounded with real whipped cream on top! Choose Banana Cream, Chocolate-Banana Cream, Chocolate Cream, Coconut Cream, Key Lime Pie, or Lemon Meringue.

Deep Dish Crumb Tart - Our own homemade deep dish pie, filled to the brim with 3 pounds of your favorite fruit and topped with our own cinnamon/sugar streusel. Choose Apple, Apple-Cranberry, Apple-Raisin, Blueberry, Cherry, Peach, Peach-Raspberry, or Triple-Berry.
(serves 12-14)

Fresh Fruit Tart/Flan - Glazed fresh raspberries, kiwi and strawberries sit high atop a short dough crust filled with vanilla pastry cream. Also available in All Berry. Please specify.

Fruit Pies - All 10" deep dish fruit pies are prepared using only the highest quality fruit. Crust our own homemade recipe and can pass for YOUR own! Choose Apple, Blackberry, Blueberry, Cherry, Peach, Peach-Raspberry, Pecan, Rum-Raisin, Strawberry-Rhubarb, Sugar Free Apple, Sugar Free Peach, or Triple-Berry.

Linzer Torte - Rich cinnamon almond crust is latticed over a magnificent raspberry filling. Glazed to a high glass finish with slivered almonds, authentic European dessert.

Nut Tarts - Made with fresh hand ground nuts in a deep dish tart shell these tarts have a great shelf life & require no refrigeration! Choose Chocolate Hazelnut, Chocolate Pecan, or Pecan.

Peach Praline Tart - Golden sweet peaches with just a hint of almond, spooned over a rich layer of buttery caramel with chopped southern pecans and topped with golden sugar/cinnamon streusel.

Peanut Butter Smoothie Pie - Smooth chocolate and peanut butter in a chocolate cookie crust, bordered with real whipped cream. Peanut Butter cups never tasted so good!
