Introduction to the Viennese Table - American Style!
A Viennese Table at a special event is referred to as a Dessert Table or Dessert Buffet here in the U.S. It features a variety of fancy cakes, pies, tarts, mousses, etc.
Signature Desserts offers a variety of Individual and Miniature Desserts that are hand made right here in our bakery. All Mini Pastry orders should be placed at least 10 days prior to the date of your event.
Our 1" Mini Pastry are perfect for cocktail parties, birthdays, and holidays. We suggest consider ordering 2-3 per person.
- Pecan Diamonds - Bite Size Pecan Pie
- Chocolate Pate Squares - White Chocolate Cream nestled between 2 squares of brownie
- Mini Cream Puffs - Golf Ball sized home made cream puffs filled with pastry cream and dusted with powdered sugar or drizzled with chocolate ganache. (please specify)
- Lemon Cups - tart shell filled with Lemon Curd and a dollop of fresh whipping cream
- Coconut Cream Cups - tart shell filled with Coconut Custard and a dollop of fresh whipping cream
- Chocolate Cream Cups - tart shell filled with Chocolate Pastry Cream and a dollop of fresh whipping cream
- Chocolate Ganache Cups - tart shell filled with Chocolate Ganache and a Long Stem Maraschino Cherry on top
- Fruit Tarts - tart shell filled with vanilla pastry cream and topped with fresh berries and kiwi
- Chocolate or White Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
Our 3" Mini Pastry are considered individual desserts - perfect for weddings, cocktail parties, birthdays and holidays. We suggest 1 per person as they are quite substantial.
