Owner Stephen Mueser, former Executive Pastry Chef of The LeMont Restaurant and USA Gourmet, brings over four decades of experience in classical French and Austrian pastry. Apprentice-trained under Master Pastry Chef Gunther Heiland, CMPC, and James Simakis of USA Gourmet, Steve built his career on the precision and discipline that professional kitchens require.
