Our skilled Pastry Chefs are real professionals. Many have worked side by side with some of the top chefs in the country. We use only the highest quality ingredients in our products. Fruits are hand picked daily. We prepare your desserts fresh. Canned product or preservatives are never used in preparation. From peeling our own Granny Smith apples to hand decorating each and every cake, shredding our own carrots for our carrot cake, or making fresh whipped cream, you simply will not find a better product in Allegheny County.

How many times have you waited and waited for delivery to show up? We promise on time delivery. Period. No exceptions. In return for our promise, we ask that you allow us 24 hours notice when placing your order. Our telephone answers around the clock and you may place your order on the answering system if you choose to call after regular business hours. You may also fax your order to us at 412-882-9963. Signature Desserts understands the unique needs of the food service industry when it comes to desserts. Stephen Mueser, owner of Signature Desserts, former Executive Pastry Chef of The LeMont Restaurant and USA Gourmet, has been preparing desserts using the art of French and Austrian pastry his entire career. Apprentice-trained by renowned Master Pastry Chef, Gunther Heiland, CMPC, and James Simakis, owner of the famed USA Gourmet, Steve's career has spanned four decades. Exploring the many pastry shops and pâtissiers in such famous cities as Paris, Vienna, Prague and Munich has increased his appreciation for the fine art of European baking. Joined by his professionally trained staff of pastry chefs and talented decorators, Signature Desserts celebrates over 25 years of baking Pittsburgh proud!

Our desserts are not only beautifully presented, but they are baked fresh and taste delicious. We use the highest quality ingredients and absolutely no preservatives, artificial colors or flavoring. We offer Gluten Free options as well. Our extensive menu offers a large array of delicious and beautifully decorated desserts for any menu.

Each month we offer 3-4 new dessert selections in addition to our regular menu items. We find that most customers enjoy these specials so that they may rotate their dessert selection on their menu.

We offer banquet items and miniatures for your special events, birthday, funeral, and wedding cakes are also available.
